Service and scope

CurriculumProof Free provides an informational comparison of teacher-supplied lesson text with a bounded set of currently instructional Texas Grade 4 Social Studies geography and map-skills expectations. It does not certify alignment or compliance, grant accreditation, or represent endorsement by a Texas agency or OpenAI. National framework metadata does not mean national lesson analysis is available.

What you may submit

You must have permission to submit material for processing by the invoking AI client and CurriculumProof. You keep any ownership rights in your input and authorize the limited processing and transmission needed to provide and secure the service. Do not submit student records or identifiers, financial or health information, credentials, or confidential third-party material without proper authority. This service does not evaluate individual pupils.

Results and limitations

Reports distinguish direct, partial, superficial, unsupported-candidate, and insufficient evidence within the available records. A missing standard or finding does not prove that instruction is absent or noncompliant. Review authoritative standards and use your own instructional judgment. The service may change or be interrupted; no uptime or comprehensive accuracy guarantee is offered.

Sources and attribution

Current Texas Administrative Code locators identify official requirements. CurriculumProof supplies independently normalized explanatory summaries, not republished crosswalks or private third-party compilations. Texas agencies and OpenAI do not sponsor or endorse the service. Contact support about a wrong citation or rights concern.

Price and use

The initial Free service requires no CurriculumProof account, checkout, purchase, subscription, Shopify order, or x402 charge. Any future premium service would be separate and require its own disclosures and terms. Do not interfere with security, bypass technical limits, present these findings as official approval, or submit material you lack the right to transmit. Access may be restricted for abuse, security, or reliability.

We may change the service or terms prospectively, with notice where applicable. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted. These terms do not select an exclusive jurisdiction.
