What the Free service does
CurriculumProof Free compares authorized lesson descriptions with a limited Texas Grade 4 Social Studies geography and map-skills standards sample. It returns qualified findings tied to current TEKS identifiers, not official certification. Framework discovery is broader than available lesson analysis. No CurriculumProof login or purchase is required.
Data we process
A lesson check receives the text you submit and the state, grade, and subject you select. Requests can also produce operational information such as IP address, timestamps, request paths, approximate location, response status, and security events. If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and information you include.
Do not submit student names, IDs, individual grades or scores, other identifiable student records, health data, government IDs, passwords, payment-card information, or confidential content you are not authorized to share. Some obvious identifying patterns are blocked, but this filter cannot detect every form of personal data.
Uses and responses
We process submitted lesson text to evaluate student-directed learning actions against the limited released sample. Free findings provide standards references, normalized summaries, classifications, and scope limits; they do not repeat submitted lesson excerpts. The invoking AI client and Cloudflare infrastructure still receive the original submission in transit. We use operational data to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service, and support correspondence to answer requests. We do not sell lesson text or use it for targeted advertising inside CurriculumProof Free.
Service providers
- The invoking AI client may handle and retain your submission and conversation under its own practices.
- Cloudflare's Pages gateway and private Worker handle requests and operational or security metadata.
- Mail to info@readerstheaterworksheets.com is forwarded through Shopify's email-forwarding service to an operator-managed Gmail inbox. Those services may retain delivery metadata or temporary copies under their practices.
No payment processor or advertising platform is integrated into this initial Free service.
Storage and retention
The reviewed Free Worker does not deliberately write complete lesson text to a separate reports database, and Free findings do not intentionally echo lesson excerpts. We cannot promise zero technical retention by Cloudflare or the invoking AI client.
The reviewed Worker configuration disables Workers Observability. Cloudflare may still process network and security telemetry. Provider retention periods differ by product. We cannot promise an exact deletion deadline for provider-held data we do not control.
Support is handled manually. Ordinary resolved support correspondence is deleted within 90 calendar days after resolution, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a legal requirement, security issue, or active dispute. Unexpected student-sensitive content is removed promptly where practicable. Provider backups or metadata may persist under provider policies.
Choices, requests, and security
You can check coverage without sending a lesson, or submit a short redacted lesson description. For access, correction, or deletion requests about information we control, email info@readerstheaterworksheets.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not include student records or identity documents in the first message. We will review and answer applicable requests; we cannot remove data held independently by your AI client or infrastructure providers.
This service is intended for educators, not for pupils to provide individual records or for student-placement decisions. We may update this notice as practices change and will publish the current version here.
